Your personal data is processed when you buy from the National Library of Scotland’s (“the Library’s”) shop.

Your personal information will be held and used by the Library, EKM, and ClearAccept for the purpose of fulfilling your purchase. EKM provide our online shop platform. Payments for purchases made on our shop are completed by ClearAccept.

You have certain rights in relation to your personal data.
